ISRAEL: “UE LA LA” CAN BE DISQUALIFIED

Eran Swissa says that the song “Ue La La” can be disqualified.

Eran Swissa, a well-known Israeli music journalist, said yesterday that the three songs that made it to the finals are “La La Love”, “Set Me Free” and “Ue La La”. But already today, Eran also urged that the song “Ue La La” can be disqualified.

The fact is that the song was co-written with Aline Cohen, who manages the self-named cosmetic brand.

The problem may also arise in the lyrics of the song. Thus, the phrase “Moh Chéri”, which is repeated several times in the song, is the name of the brand’s lead product.

And from the perspective of KAN the song can be assumed as for commercial purposes.
